1. Promoter

The Refer a Friend scheme is operated by Miss Money Savvy Limited ("Miss Money Savvy", “MMS”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

2. Eligibility

2.1   The scheme is open to UK residents aged 18 or over.

2.2  The referrer must be an existing Miss Money Savvy customer.

2.3  Employees, contractors, or affiliates of Miss Money Savvy may be excluded at our discretion.

3. How the Scheme Works

3.1 The referrer will receive a £20 reward for each successful referral.

3.2 A referral is successful when the referred customer:

- Uses the referrer’s unique referral link or responds to an invite send from the submission of our Refer A Friend form.

- Signs up to at least one qualifying Miss Money Savvy service

- Completes the switch or activation process

- Remains an active customer beyond any applicable cooling-off period

3.3 Only one reward is payable per referred household.

4. Reward Payment

4.1 The £20 reward is payable to the referrer only.

4.2 The reward will be issued once the referred customer’s service is confirmed live and any validation checks are complete.

4.3 Payments may take up to 30 days from confirmation of a successful referral.

4.4 Rewards may be paid via bank transfer, gift card, account credit, or other method as determined by Miss Money Savvy.

5. Qualifying Services

5.1 A qualifying sign-up includes any household service offered through Miss Money Savvy, including but not limited to energy, broadband, insurance, or mobile services.

5.2 The referred customer must complete the full application and not cancel within the cooling-off period.

5.3 Miss Money Savvy reserves the right to amend which services qualify.

6. Fraud and Abuse

6.1 Self-referrals are not permitted.

6.2 Multiple referrals to the same household or fraudulent activity will result in disqualification.

6.3 We reserve the right to withhold rewards where we suspect misuse, manipulation, or breach of these terms.

7. Limits

7.1 There is currently no limit to the number of referrals a customer can make.

7.2 Miss Money Savvy reserves the right to introduce limits at any time.

8. Changes and Withdrawal

8.1 Miss Money Savvy reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the Refer a Friend scheme at any time without prior notice.

8.2 Any valid referrals made before changes are introduced will be honoured in line with these terms.

9. Data Protection

9.1 By participating, referrers confirm they have permission to share their referral link.

9.2 Personal data will be processed in accordance with Miss Money Savvy’s Privacy Policy.

10. General

10.1 The decision of Miss Money Savvy in relation to eligibility and reward payment is final.

10.2 These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
